A very popular service, we will walk through your home, room by room and discuss what changes need to be made to properly prepare your home for the Portland area Real Estate Market. This is the time to take notes, ask questions and express any concerns you may have. We will discuss home staging tips or things that you can implement before the end of the appointment. We will follow up with the top things you can do to ensure your property is ready to sell!

Staging Consultation – incl. written Evaluation

Hands on Staging®
$ 75 per hour/person (3h min)
Let us put our creativity and experience to work for you. We are using what is available throughout the house, reposition, mixing it with creativity and we add just those accessories that help create a warm and inviting space. Staging does not need to be an expensive option. Our goal is to improve the traffic flow throughout the house while making rooms appear more spacious, while minimizing flaws. It is important to show off those architectural details and focal points whenever possible. (Added accessories can be rented or bought or we can consult on options. Heavy furniture moving does require additional hands or resources)
